USPS International Shipping Rate to Rest Of The World
$10.00 Base Cost + $5.00 per item

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.
Cerise Tea is not responsible for shipping errors if they are made on our customers behalf. We will not be held accountable if we ship out your package to the wrong address and it does not reach you. Please make sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address in order for your package to get to you.
We complete and ship out orders approximately 1-3 days after your order has been placed.
Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot control the speed of delivery or the shipping address.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If for some reason you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe sender list.

Cerise Tea ships to all countries currently serviced by USPS. Please contact us if you have any issues placing an international order or if you do not see your country listed when checking out.
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please note that some products are handmade so we cannot assure that each product will be exactly the same. Small differences may be present. However, each product is carefully inspected before it is sent off. Quality is guaranteed.
If you believe you received a malfunctioning product, contact us and include as much detail as possible ( describe what happened, include pictures, show original packaging, etc. ) We offer store credit in the form if this ever does happen.
